Brazed plate heat exchanger
The brazed plate heat exchanger is composed of corrugated plates pressed by many stainless steel plates and front and rear cover. The plates are separated by high purity thin copper sheets (or nickel sheets) and brazed in a vacuum high temperature furnace. According to the customer's requirements, the corrugated boards will be different combinations of high, medium and low flow rate heat transfer boards, in order to achieve the best heat transfer effect. The whole equipment has no gaskets and no external frame, forming a compact plate heat exchanger, which can withstand continuous operation under high temperature (maximum temperature 250 degrees) and high pressure (maximum pressure 45bar).
